The bot that keeps an on-chain fund honestly priced — and earns the spread doing it.
uni-arb pins the Uniswap price of Optima portfolio tokens to the fund's live NAV. When the market drifts, it arbitrages the gap — only when the trade is profitable after all real costs — and every number it reports is measured on-chain.
How it works
Pool vs NAV, every minute
The bot reads the Uniswap v3 pool price and the fund's live NAV side by side and records every observation.
Only provably profitable trades
The pool leg is valued at a live quote — LP fee and price impact included — plus all venue costs. If the round-trip doesn't clear the profit floor, the bot holds. Alignment is a byproduct; profit is the job.
Hedge first, then the chain
The hedge executes on Optima first; the pool then mirrors the exact realized fill — never a modelled size — so the position stays flat by construction.
Verifiable by design
Measured, never modelled
P&L comes from a bucket ledger built from transaction receipts and venue settlements. Earnings and market moves are reported apart — a NAV move is never dressed up as trading profit.
Every trade on the chain
Each execution links to its transaction on Arbiscan. The pool, the wallet, the LP position — all public, all inspectable.
CSV next to every table
Trades, transfers, balances, LP positions — one click exports raw data for reporting, taxes, or your own analysis.
Fee only on real profit
The performance fee accrues solely on trading profit above the high-water mark. Losses and market beta never pay fees.

Questions
- What does uni-arb trade?
- Optima portfolio tokens (like OPSBTC) against USDC in a Uniswap v3 pool on Arbitrum, hedged 1:1 through the Optima platform at NAV.
- What happens when the market is calm?
- Nothing — and that's the point. Inside the band the bot holds. It doesn't need to trade all the time; it needs every trade to be profitable.
- Who can access the console?
- Access is by invitation (sign-in is domain-gated). If you'd like a walkthrough, reach out to Optima Financial.
- Is this investment advice?
- No. uni-arb is operational software for market making and arbitrage on Optima products. Nothing on this page is financial advice.
